The Home is located at
the intersection of Oxford Street and Commissioners Road in
West London. The official address is 2022 Kains Road.
Built on an 8-acre rise of land
overlooking protected forests, the Home offers
beautiful view to the east and south.
Families of residents
and participants in the Alzheimer Outreach Services Day Program
are able to access the site from two of London’s
main roads. |
160 long-term care residents are cared for in 5 Resident Home Areas, which have
been named: Memory Lane (dedicated dementia care wing), Maple
Grove, Oak Avenue, Willow Ridge and Evergreen Walk.
