Ways you can give:

• General Donation
  Make a donation to support and enhance the quality of life for residents of McCormick Home and participants of the Alzheimer’s Outreach Services program. You will receive a tax receipt for your generous gift.

• Tribute – In Memory
  Make a donation in memory of someone who has passed away. You will receive a tax receipt for your generous gift, and we will send a card acknowledging your thoughtful gift to the person’s family.
  
  
• Tribute – In Honour
  Make a donation to honour someone who is celebrating a special occasion (such as a wedding anniversary, birthday, or bar\bat mitzvah). You will receive a tax receipt for your generous gift, and we will send a card with your special message to the person(s) being honoured.
  
  
• Leave a Legacy
  A charitable donation in your will means that you are thinking about the welfare of future generations. To know that our care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents and participants of the Alzheimer’s Outreach Services program will be supported in the future is a tremendous gift.
